On October 12, 2025, we tested E-Kaathi with 4,100 visually impaired individuals during an event by the Omkar Foundation. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with participants appreciating how the device could make their daily lives safer and more independent.
On October 12, 2025, our team had one of the most emotional and meaningful experiences of our journey. We conducted live testing of E-Kaathi with visually impaired individuals at a large-scale event organized by the Omkar Foundation, where over 4,100 blind individuals were present.
This wasn’t just another test it was a moment of truth. Meeting and interacting personally with so many individuals who face visual challenges every single day gave us a deeper understanding of why E-Kaathi truly matters.
We demonstrated how the device detects obstacles, alerts users, and enhances their independence. The reactions were priceless from curiosity and surprise to genuine appreciation. The positive feedback and encouragement we received from the participants reaffirmed that we’re moving in the right direction.
That day wasn’t about technology it was about human connection, empathy, and purpose. Every conversation and every smile reminded us why we started this mission in the first place to create something that brings safety, confidence, and dignity to the visually impaired community.
